Anastasia Davis Bondarenko
Anastasia founded Davis Dispute Advisory to bridge the worlds of international arbitration, finance, and enforcement. With over 15 years of experience guiding clients through high-stakes disputes, she brings a unique perspective shaped by practice at leading international law firms in Paris and senior leadership roles in the global litigation funding industry.
Anastasia has been recognized as one of Lawdragon’s 100 Global Leaders in Litigation Finance and as a Thought Leader in Third Party Funding by Who’s Who Legal. Her career has taken her from advising sovereigns and multinational companies in cross-border disputes to advising investors and managing multi-jurisdictional enforcement campaigns worth hundreds of millions of dollars.
