- Preamble
Welcome to Davis Dispute Advisory (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website, you
agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.
- Object
The purpose of the Site is to provide general information about Davis Dispute Advisory and its
services. This information does not constitute legal advice or a legal opinion.
These GTU govern access to and use of the Site.
By using the Site, each natural person (hereinafter “User”) confirms having read and accepted
the GTU, without reservation, modification or restriction.
In the event of modification or update, the revised GTU will be posted on the Site with an
indication of the last date of update. The User must therefore check the Site regularly to stay
informed of any changes or updates to the GTU.
- Entry Into Force and Updates
The present GTU come into force on the date they are put online. They apply to all Users from
their first visit and remain in effect until updated.
We may modify or update the GTU at any time. The updated version will be posted on the Site
with its date of revision. Users are encouraged to consult the Site regularly.
- Site access
Access to the Site is free for any User with internet access. The User is solely responsible for
ensuring the proper operation of their equipment and internet access.
Access to the Site is normally available 24/7. However, we may suspend access at any time
without notice, including for maintenance, updates, or technical reasons. We cannot be held
liable for any unavailability.
- User Obligations
The User agrees not to:
– Access or remain in the Site fraudulently or interfere with its functioning (e.g., introducing
viruses or harmful code);
– Use the Site for unlawful, malicious, or discriminatory purposes;
– Collect or misuse information relating to other users;
– Disrupt or attempt to disrupt the Site’s operation.

presentations, brochures, illustrations, are the full, complete and exclusive property of Davis
Dispute Advisory. These elements are protected by intellectual property rights.
We grant Users a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access and use
the Site for their own information purposes.
No reproduction, representation, modification, translation, distribution or adaptation of the Site or its content—whether free of charge or for consideration—is permitted without our prior written consent.
As an exception, Users may download or print materials expressly made available for download,
without modification, and strictly for personal or internal use.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure the Site. However,
