  • Represented an energy group in a Paris-seated ICC arbitration concerning a refinery conversion project in the Iberian Peninsula, under Portuguese law.
  • Acted for a Greek mining investor in an UNCITRAL arbitration against the Republic of Serbia, resulting in a multimillion-dollar award in the client’s favour.
  • Advised litigation funders on multiple investor-State disputes in the mining sector involving European and Latin American States.
  • Advised a State in a matter involving a dispute on a segment of the land boundary with its neighboring State.
  • Advised a State in a potential dispute relating to the interpretation and application of long-term agreements between State entities on transboundary water resources, supporting proactive dispute prevention.
