Davis Dispute Advisory: bridging legal strategy, finance, and enforcement in international disputes

Anastasia Davis Bondarenko, previously Senior Vice President, International Arbitration, at Fortress Investment Group has launched Davis Dispute Advisory, an innovative consulting firm bringing together legal, financial, and strategic expertise to turn cross-border disputes into assets and transform legal rights into recoveries.

The firm offers three main areas of expertise:

  • Enforcement strategy: designing and managing multi-jurisdictional enforcement campaigns, working with a hand-picked global network of experienced legal counsel, asset-tracing specialists, communications and public affairs advisers.
  • Litigation finance consulting: advising law firms, claimants, and investors on litigation funding and monetization.
  • Strategic dispute advisory: providing strategic and independent advice at critical junctures of complex, high-value disputes.

Drawing on 15 years of experience at the intersection of these fields, Anastasia founded Davis Dispute Advisory to help clients turn paper victories into tangible recoveries, as well as secure and optimize their dispute-related assets.

Anastasia has acted in enforcement campaigns against Latin American, African, Middle Eastern and American sovereigns and corporates, and has advised investors in over 100 cross-border treaty and contract claims.

Prior to Fortress and Vannin Capital, where she was a Managing Director, Anastasia was an associate at Three Crowns – which she joined shortly after the launch of the firm. At Three Crowns, Anastasia represented private and sovereign clients in complex and high-value commercial, investment, and state-to-state disputes.

Anastasia is the current Secretary General of Paris Arbitration Week and previously acted as co-chair of the French Arbitration Committee’s under-40 group (CFA40). She is also a member of ICC Canada and sits on the YCAP Board of Directors.

Commenting on the launch of the new firm, Anastasia Davis Bondarenko said:
In today’s increasingly complex landscape of international disputes, there is a clear need for a strategic bridge between legal strategy, finance, and enforcement. While law firms, funders, and recovery specialists each play a role in dispute resolution, Davis Dispute Advisory combines these perspectives under a single, conflict-free strategic vision, creating a space where these disciplines meet to deliver tailored, coherent, efficient, and cost-effective strategies for clients.
